It is our hope that you’ll be completely satisfied with your purchase at Nest Venice. If you are not, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for 30 days after purchase. Within 30 days, we can refund your purchase to the original method of payment. After 30 days, we will refund your purchase with a store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if applicable.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Seasonal merchandise (i.e. holiday decor)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. It is possible that we can locate a receipt in our system, so please contact us for assistance.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition.
- Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery—in this instance, we will issue store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you we have received your return. We will then send confirmation of refund or store credit.
Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company or bank used to purchase. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We allow exchanges due to size needs. The original garment must be in new, unused condition. To receive an exchange, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject heading “Exchange”. This will alert us to your needs and allow us to hold back your item for exchange. You will return your item using the return label provided from your original shipment. Once item is received in store, your exchanged item will be sent to you.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com with subject heading “Damaged Item”. We will determine if item needs to be shipped back to us, or if it can be destroyed/disposed. Your replacement item will then be shipped to you.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later (returning with no receipt), we will issue a gift credit for the value of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We do our best to accurately describe and photograph our products on our website. Please note, lighting as well as phone and computer screens vary. We will never achieve 100% accurate representation on a screen. The buyer is still responsible for return shipping if the item is being returned because their interpretation is not an exact match to the photos on our site.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
